Alteration
to Itinerary
About the Bush by Jingo reserves the right to
change, modify or cancel any tour due to adverse road or
weather conditions or other unforseen circumstances which
may in the opinion of the operator affect passenger safety
and comfort. Any personal expenses incurred by such change
are the responsibility of the passenger
Deposit
and Payment
Payment will be accepted in cash, (AUD)
travellers cheques, bank certified cheque, personal cheque,
Visa or Mastercard.
For
all tours with an accommodation
content
A deposit of $50 per head is required to confirm
your booking. The balance is payable in full 14 days before
departure.
For
all day and half-day tours
Advance bookings are confirmed on payment of a
deposit equal to 50% of the fare.
All fares must be paid in full prior to the departure of the
tour.
Cancellation
For all tours with an accommodation content
Cancellations notified more than 28 days prior to departure
will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations
notified less than 28 days but more than 14 days prior to
departure will forfeit the full deposit.
Cancellations
notified less than 14 days prior to departure will be
debited at 50% of the full fare.
For
all day and half-day tours:
Cancellations notified more than 24 hours prior
to departure will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations
notified less than 24 hours before departure will be debited
at 50% of the full fare.
Failure
to board - no refund.
The
operator may use discretion in certain
circumstances.
Liability
About the Bush by Jingo partners and operators
accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal
effects or luggage, nor the death or injury to any person,
nor any expense subsequently incurred however caused by or
arising out of provision of service or failure to provide
service.
Travel
Insurance
It is recommended that passengers arrange
insurance to provide protection against loss of baggage and
cancellation of travel in the event of illness, injury or
death.
